Sunsetting Launch means that we will not have any guidance for how to launch the built artifacts in Image Builder. Thus, we need to create such an experience.

The goal is to keep it lightweight, yet helpful. So far, we envision something like a popup that is shown when the user clicks on Launch next to a build image. This popup then shows a brief summary on how to launch, and log in to the created VM. The popup also contains a link to the hyperscale console.
