RHEL 10 Image builder missing option for private cloud (VMware vSphere ova or vmdk).

      Image output for RHEL 10 does not include VMware vSphere ova or vmdk. 

      Cannot use image builder from the hybrid cloud console to create VMWare compatible images from RHEL 10, though RHEL 8 and 9 do have this option.
