Goal:

• after our Oracle cloud accounts have been redeployed there are things to improve after the service somehow works again HMS-8569

Acceptance Criteria:

• Updated oci-go-sdk - or at least check and justify why we shouldn't update
• Changed access scheme to use pre-authenticated requests for the workers

Open questions:

• if pre-authenticated requests for the workers has enough permissions so we can accomplish the upload and sharing to the users
