This worked fine for me yesterday.  Today, I and another user are seeing a `Status code 500` error message when adding a user to a blueprint in Insights image builder.

Same error with the following conditions:

• Preview mode enabled and disabled
• All user settings filled in with complex password, Administrator, and SSH key.
• Only using a simple password, as well as blank, and nothing else specified.
