      Add support for generating SPDX SBOM documents for transactions that were depsolved using DNF5.

      DNF5 is planned to be the default on Fedora 41

       

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • osbuild-depsove-dnf executable in osbuild project supports generating SPDX SBOM documents for transactions depsolved using dnf5
