In order to build more image types for Fedora, we need to have IBM Power (ppc64le) workers.

Goal:

• Obtain some IBM Power machines with Fedora
  • Two machines should be enough for now - one for stage, one for prod.
• Use them as workers for our api.openshift.com Fedora tenant

Acceptance Criteria:

• Staging and prod Koji can run osbuildImage tasks containing ppc64le image requests.
• The workers are controlled using a DevOps/GitOps workflow. In other words, no direct SSHing to these machines, everything is managed using a git repository.

Notes:

• IBM Cloud has IBM Power machines available, but they are quite costly. Also, it's unknown if they are able to run Fedora.
• We should reach out to the Fedora infrastructure team for any advice regarding availability of these machines.
