Goal:

• We want to provide the same experience as in Insights image builder
• We would like to make it easy for customers to register their systems with Insights and enable RHC
• We would like to enable the same defaults as in Insights image builder

Acceptance Criteria:

• Cockpit composer exposes the integration with Insights and RHC
• Both integrations are enabled by default (feature parity with the service)
