Over the past few weeks Fedora builds through `koji-osbuild` have been regularly failing with errors saying:

Unable to start secure instance: Unable to create fleet: InvalidAMIID.NotFound: The image id '[ami-01160ab65b10a3873]' does not exist

Here are two recent failures from yesterday:

sraymaek has mentioned that this has to do with Terraform.

This is blocking Fedora from releasing the Release Candidate for Fedora 41.
