WSL2 missing packages sudo and openssh-server which are required by Podman Desktop & procps-ng

      Per Podman Desktop's request, these 2 packages are needed in RHEL for WSL2 images -sudo and openssh-server.

       

      Add procps-ng to rhel 8 as well.
