Problem

User is not sufficiently educated on the impact of using Insights Compliance for OpenSCAP when the system will not be registered to Insights. **

Steps:

• Enter preview (as of Mar 12 2025)
• Start blueprint build
• On "Register" step, uncheck automatically register
• On "Compliance" step, select Insights Compliance

This image will be built to connect to Insights Compliance, but will not be registered to Insights upon instantiation.

Proposed solution

• Add warning when user both unselects automatically register AND selects Insights Compliance.
• This warning should indicate that the OpenSCAP policy will be applied, but the system will not be visible within Insights Compliance until registered with Insights.
• Offer quick-opt-in for the automatic registration on the Compliance screen.
