api: improve error when creating a template with repos without snapshots

      The BaseOS and Appstream repos are pre-selected when creating a template even if they don't yet have a snapshot. So when we go to create the template, we see an error that some repositories don't have a snapshot:

      Error creating template, detail=One or more repositories does not have a snapshot. \n

       

      Update the error to specify which repositories do not have snapshots
