Feature Overview:

Image builder shall support and enable RHEL 10 GA at launch.

Requirements:

• RHEL 10 GA appears in the distribution selection as soon as possible on release day.
• Users can start using RHEL 10 GA (May 2025) by building customized images at Insights Image Builder.

Background and Strategic Fit:

• RHEL 10 is the next major release of the largest revenue generating product in the Red Hat portfolio. Summit 2025 will have a number of significant announcements and promote RHEL 10 as the best platform for all customer workloads as well as AI.
• Image Builder will be promoted as the best way of creating customized and optimized RHEL for deployments.  It will encourage a connected experience to Insights, enabling customers to experience more value and capabilities that differentiate RHEL from other linux distributions.
