Goal: 

• In the past, we agreed on implementing a single file upload of certificates for faster and easier implementation of the Satellite integration into Image Builder.
• The reason is, that the feature document expects that there is a component that allows us to both clipboard-paste more certificates, and upload some more certificates. However, Patternfly likely does not have any option like that, and to implement this feature, we'd have to "craft" one.
• We agreed that the feature has a value for users, so we want to try implementing that.
• Some more information: we allow more certs in one PEM file/pasted certs, such as:

• which is quite common.
