Expose Satellite registration in IB wizard (probably in the registration step)
Allow UI customer to add their CA bundle for the Satellite to provide a secure way to register.

Acceptance Criteria:

Satellite root CA can be added
Host from the Image built with the wizard is registered to Satellite

Do we have separate step for the CA bundle adding?
