Initial Design Document

Goal:

• Figure out where and how to store and add Blueprints that are verified by Red Hat
• Propose testing strategy so we know the Blueprints we offer are working 

Acceptance Criteria:

• Storage for RH approved Blueprints
• Testing strategy for added Blueprints
• Process for adding new Blueprints
  • Define how to propose new blueprint
  • Who acks the addition
  • List of requirements for addition
  • How we track all requirements are met for the addition
