      Goal: 

      The goal of this issue is to enable uploading/pasting in clipboard some certificates. This issue does not require making sure that CAs are being trusted, or that they are correct/secured.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • There is UI for uploading certificates that are loaded and added to files. Let's hide this feature behind a feature flag, so that we do not expose it.
