Goal: 

We'd like to add an option to register the host into Satellite. For that, let's add an element that enables a new step - a Satellite registration step. This option might be in the Registration step (or done somewhat else, based on agreement with UX). After selecting that option, we'd show a new step to users.

We should also be able to download a CA.

We would also ask users to visit Satellite, try to register a host, and then we'd try to download a CA from /pub/katello-server-ca.crt of the given host. Acceptance Criteria:

After clicking an element (checkbox or something), there is a new step in the wizard.

We offer downloading of the CA.
