Goal: 

• according to https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/updates-using-ansible-rhel-86-and-90   we really shouldn't be providing the ansible repos for RHEL 8 anymore, as they haven't been used since RHEL 8.6
• we should still leave it for introspection for qe purposes (unless QE will move to something else)

Acceptance Criteria:

• These ansible repos do not show up in the Red Hat repos list in the UI
• Ensure image builder doesn't need it
• All repo versions/distributions cleaned up in pulp
• Shouldn't exist in the redhat_repos.json file
•  update the IQE tests to use a code ready repo instead
