Goal: 

• Discuss and propose to change the default pipeline to support our customizations
• If at all possible, use the shared bonfire-tekton pipeline for Provisioning

Acceptance Criteria:

• Options for adjusting the shared bonfire-tekton pipeline explored and mapped
• if good solution is found, contribution to the pipline was merged
  • provisioning is using the shared pipeline
