I did the following:

1. selected ~150 rpms to upload to a repository
2. waited for some of them to start
3. clicked the (X) beside ~30 of the largest ones at the bottom
4. waited for the upload to get to the bottom and 'finish'
5. every time it finished the 'last' rpm, it started uploading the 'next' one even though it had been removed from the list
