Render the validated fields associated with a user, but do not actually put the user into the request. 

Requirements:

• Validated “Username” field
  • Username validation is unit tested

• Validated “Password” and “Confirm password” fields
  • Password validation is unit tested
    • Mismatched passwords
    • Invalid password

• Validated SSH key field
  • SSH key is unit tested

• Administrator checkbox
• Next button is disabled if any fields are invalid
