Goal: 

Edge Management ignores systems reporting to Insights that do not match a commit created via Edge API. host_type=Edge systems previously showed up in Insights Inventory, but are now filtered from the Traditional tab. This results in systems running an image created with on-prem Image Builder being filtered from view.

• Add the ability to update systems provisioned with images created externally with tools other than Edge Management.
• Update the API and UI to enable the Update button for externally provisioned systems.

Acceptance Criteria:

A list of verification conditions, successful functional tests, or expected outcomes in order to declare this story/task successfully completed.

• A system provisioned with an externally created edge imaging tool can be updated via Edge Management API
• A system provisioned with an externally created edge imaging tool can be updated via Edge Management UI
