As a user of Image Builder, I can use the same blueprint file across all flavors of Image Builder (Insights, RHEL, bootc-image-builder).

The proposed plan:

• Write a very high-level specification of how the unified blueprint will look like to an end-user.
• Include backward compatibility and a migration path for users of the old format.
• Don’t think too much about implementation, the design should be user-centric.
• Send it out to all interested people: Achilleas Koutsou, Sanne Raymaekers, Michael Vogt, Ondřej Budai, Lukas Zapletal, Simon de Vlieger
• Discuss it, ack it
• Figure out a plan on how to implement the plan
