Goal:

Create a manifest creation job by using BIB solely for manifest generation. Embed the latest BIB into the worker and store the manifest in the job result similar to ManifestJobByIDResult.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Verify that BIB is embedded into the worker and is used only for manifest creation.
• Verify that the generated manifest is correctly stored in the job result.
• Ensure that existing handlers and tests remain unaffected.
