IB CA certs support - backend code

      Make necessary changes in ib/composer/images/osbuild projects so IB UI can add CA certificates which will be enrolled into OS CA trust store during image build.

      A new list of strings is added to the API/blueprint/customization which can be used to add one or more PEM encoded certs. A new stage in osbuild will perform the enrollment.
