Goal: 

• There is an endpoint for exporting and importing custom repositories, that we will be able to use to include custom repositories into the import/export workflow.
• Import of Custom Repositories will be done through UI directly

Acceptance Criteria:

• We are able to import custom repositories when importing a blueprint through Insights IB UI.
