Goal: 

• If a snapshot is deleted that was being used by a template, the template will need to be updated to point to the next-best snapshot's distribution.
• A new task similar to the update-latest-snapshot task could be created to do this for any impacted templates.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When one or more snapshots is deleted, any associated templates are updated to consume the next-best snapshot based on the template date.
