Goal: 

• As a part of automated snapshot cleanup, templates may include snapshots that are old and will get deleted. The template table should warn users if their templates contains a snapshot that will soon be deleted.
• The corresponding API ticket will update the template response to include these snapshot UUIDs, but the UI must expose it. 

Acceptance Criteria:

• Adds a warning in the template UI when a template contains a snapshot that will be deleted soon.
