[UI] jumpiness when clicking the kebab on template list page

      The UI seems to jump down a bit when clicking on the kebab on the TemplatesTable. This behavior is in stage too.

      Update:

      After discussing with the patternfly team and identifying a fix, I have opened an issue and created a PR here to amend this.
