Goal: 

• A user should be able to delete one or more snapshots from a repository.
• A user should be prompted to confirm the deletion of a snapshot.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A kebab option is added for single snapshot deletion
• Checkboxes are added for bulk deletion
• Prompt the user with the compact style similar to the one in the upload modal
