Unable to build image with "There is no Spot capacity" error

      Intermittent issues with images, when trying to build new images for use in AWS.

       

      Errors: "Unable to start secure instance: Unable to create fleet: There is no Spot capacity available that matches your request."

       

       

      The issues seem to point to:

      "Why am I receiving a "no Spot capacity available" error when trying to launch an Amazon EC2 Spot Instance?"
