Research task dedicated to identifying the content improvements the team wants to work on implementing. This task requires doing a content improvement assessment activity for a high-impact content area (high traffic area, high support volume, particularly troublesome area to keep up to date, etc.)

When the content improvements for this high-impact area have been identified, and execution tasks have been added to Jira for that work, this can be closed.

NOTE: This SPIKE issue should be linked as "Causes" to the epic or story that represents the execution of the content improvement work.
