Goal: 

• We need a way to differentiate custom "upload" repos vs regular custom repositories in the repository list. 
• Upload repos shouldn't have a URL
• Upload repos should not have an introspect or snapshot in their actions drop down
• use "upload icon" from patternfly to show that it is an upload repo
  • add a pop-over for the upload icon explaining how this repository differs from the default custom repository.

• msviriko1  approves the UI implementation
• hms-jsherrill approves the UI implementation
