UI - Update Create/Edit modal to support creating uploaded content

      Goal: 

      Create will now have 3 radial options:

      Snapshot

      • Upload toggle option is removed for edit, allowing toggling between this and Introspect only.

      Upload

      • URL is removed when toggled to Upload content.
      • The "Create" button should have a dropdown option for Upload repositories
      • Toggle is removed on edit

      Introspect Only

      • Upload toggle option is removed for edit, allowing toggling between this and Snapshot.

      Other changes:

      • Snapshot toggle will be removed, the radial options above will define this value.
      • STAGE ONLY, for now.
