Goal:

• Users who make it to the Registration step are presented with a disabled "Next" button. From our metrics data, we know that the vast majority of users click "Register later". We also have good reason to suspect from previous UX experiments and Pendo data that the disabled "Next" button will cause potential new users to give up.
• If a user has a key or keys, their last used key will be automatically selected. If they do not have a key, a key will be created for them.

Open questions:

• The design from UX specifies that the key the user has used last should be automatically selected. How should we determine this? Browser storage may be a good solution.
