Goal:

Provide some documentation on the Pulp service for non-App-SRE folks.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Up to Date, Architecture Diagram
• Links into all files that define our service
• Links into the openshift/appsre/k8s documentation that defines how those files work
• How service team members "admin" the Pulp deployment
• How does storage work, who brings it, when, and how does it get configured
