Goal: 

Currently, in the import modal for blueprints, it is possible to edit the file contents. However, it does not have any effect on the imported blueprint.

We should either propagate changes into wizard after clicking the "Review and finish" button, or not enable the editing.

As an MVP solution, I suggest disabling the blueprint editing in the modal.

Acceptance Criteria:

One of the following should apply:

• The user should not be able to edit the contents of the file, or
• the changes the user makes should be propagated further into editing/import wizard.
