Goal:

In the UI, we want the option to always use the latest snapshots when creating/updating a template.

Acceptance Criteria:

• In the create/edit template modal, an alternative option is present in the Set up date step to 'Always use latest snapshot' with a description explaining what it means
• The default option is the date selector
• If the 'Always use latest snapshot' option is selected, we don't want to check if all snapshots are up to the selected date
