      Goal:

      • Create a repository with the goal of it being available for uploading content and not for snapshotting

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • When creating a repository i can specify that i want this repository to be used for uploaded content, and not for syncing from an external source
      • After creation, I cannot switch a repo back and forth from snapshotting to uploading
