Goal: 

• As a developer I would like the smoke tests cancel does not have to await 30 seconds in some cases.

Acceptance Criteria:

• I can run `make test-smoke` and when they have started, Ctrl+C cancel inmediatly

Additional Information:

• Could be related with the Stop process of the rbac mock service started internally.
