Goal: 

• As an operator, I want the contextual information is displayed for every log message that meet with:

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given any request
  When a log message is printed out
  Then it provides contextual information, such as: request-id, xrhid.type, xrhid.user, xrhid.cn, xrhid.org_id
• All the slog statements are calling to the Context version.

Additional Information:

• Update the slog multi-handler so it reads the context information and aggregate the information to the log.
• Add more log messages keeping in mind the levels of the logging best practices.
• Refactor public methods to receive the golang context as first parameter.
• Private methods are not impacted.
