      • PII should not be retained indefinitely, hence we need a retention period
      • After discussions with InfoSec, the period was set to 2 years
      •  

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • A maintenance job that cleans out the email address field for entries older than 2 years
      • A policy document reflects this change

      Open questions:

      • Where should the policy document be published?
