Goal

• Giving I'm NOT Kohls user, I should not be able to see edge management links, instead I should be using the HMS experience
• All entries for Edge Management should be completely removed from console.redhat.com and users will have to rely on all the other HMS solutions for their Edge needs
• All existing documentation (including KB articles) should inform users about the need to start relying on HMS solutions

Acceptance Criteria

• There should not be any entries in console.redhat.com about the Edge Management service, including /beta or /preview sites
• Any existing documentation about the Edge Management service should indicate to the user that the functionality is now provided by one of the services that together make up the HMS experience.
