Goal: 

• Create user and role for EdgeAPI for EdgeAPI to be able to create and manage domains for organizations

Acceptance Criteria:

• Verify EdgeAPI is able to create a new domain for a new customer organization
• Verify EdgeAPI is able to create a ostree repository
• Verify EdgeAPI is able to give image builder an access to the repository
• Verify EdgeAPI is able to create a distribution with a ContentGuard
