Goal:

• Blueprints have changed paradigm of building images, we should prune the old code paths especially in frontend
• Get rid of unecessary feature flags
• Ger rid of V1 form

Acceptance Criteria:

• We have less code 
• Blueprints are not under `/experimental`
• We have only agreed upon kill switch feature flags
