Goal:

Edge API sends requests to Pulp to

• If a Domain does not exist for an org_id, create new Domain
• If image version is 1, create a new Repo
• If a Distribution for the repo does not exist,
  • create a ContentGuard
  • create a Distribution
  • associate ContentGuard with Distribution

Acceptance Criteria:

• A new Repo has been created per the request
• A secured Distribution is associated with the Repo
• The Distribution can only be accessed by the owning orgid
