Goal

Given that I am using Edge Management to build a new RHEL for Edge image,
When I select a RHEL version from the image build wizard,
Then I should only see RHEL 8 or RHEL 9 as my distribution options

Given that I am using Edge Management to update an existing RHEL for Edge image,
When I select a RHEL version from the image build wizard,
Then I should only see RHEL 8 or RHEL 9 as my distribution options

Acceptance Criteria

• User should only see RHEL 8 or RHEL 9 as my distribution options from the image build wizard dropdown
• Existing images that are using a minor version of RHEL–e.g., RHEL 8.7, RHEL 9.1, etc–should be warned/informed that the image will be updated to a major version of RHEL and be asked to confirm
