Goal: 

• Provide a base for 'details'
• Provide a UI for listing advisories within a content template
• link from the main content template list

Acceptance Criteria:

Implement the UI here:

• Provide edit/delete in upper right drop down
• Include details
• Include sub nav for Content & Advisories  (not red hat advisories)
• Add severity to the table.
• Ignore Affected Systems (for now)
• Ignore Applicable/Installable selector for now
• Ignore 'created/edited by'
• Should be able to filter by name/synopsis/type/severity
• Provide sorting by name/synopsis/type/publish date
• Table should match (and hopefully reuse component of)  advisory listing for snapshots
