At this point, all of the ISO images built by bootc-image-builder contain installation environment from ELN, no matter what OS the container image used to build the ISO is based on. This actually makes RHEL-based ISOs fail to install the system, because ELN version of Anaconda enables some filesystem options incompatible with RHEL-9 version of GRUB.

Goal: 

• Build RHEL Installer ISOs with installation environment equivalent to RHEL boot.iso

Acceptance Criteria:

• RHEL-based Installer ISO built by bootc-image-builder uses the same installation environment as equivalent boot.iso of the respective RHEL version.
• It's possible to install RHEL using the ISO and boot the installed system.
