Goal: 

The convert2rhel repofiles have been made availble on a more trustworthy domain than the original ftp.redhat.com - on cdn-public.redhat.com. The convert2rhel repositories themselves have been located on this domain for quite some time, so it's great we now have the repofiles and the repositories on the same domain now.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The conversion scripts at https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/insights-platform/advisor-backend/-/tree/master/api/advisor/tasks/playbooks are updated to download the convert2rhel repository from https://cdn-public.redhat.com/content/public/addon/dist/convert2rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/files/repofile.repo
